Comfy location to Treasure Cove Casino...

Our spotless and brand-new room was complete with 2 queen beds as well as a balcony. Location: the hotel was very close to many shops, restaurant and the airport. Fast food restaurant Tim Hortons was located 5 minutes walk away.

The room is separate with a clean bathroom, conveniently located next to a grocery store and just a block away, with the added bonus of being close to an arts theater only 1 km away.

Brand-new room itself with large fridges and the bedroom, for example. Attentive staff and favourable location close enough to a grocery store, Sandman Signature Prince George, and a grocery store a block away. Also, to Jasper park.

Our room was not cleaned when we returned and the staff was confrontational when we requested to have it cleaned. We then stated that we wanted to checkout but went to the lobby to find it totally jamb packed with persons trying to check in so decided to stay and phoned the front desk to advise them we were staying and requested that the manager call us in the AM NEVER CALLED US THEY NEED A WAKE UP CALL

Amazing hotel! Decor was outstanding and the flow of the room just made you not want to leave and that was before you lay in the bed. Tthe bed was like sleeping on a cloud, it was the best night sleep I had on my whole road trip. Amazingly friendly staff and they just make you feel at home, even if you arrive at 1am.

They wouldn't provide me with a receipt because I booked through Booked.net which was weird when the other hotels I stayed at through Booked.net could, kind of made me feel like they didn't like that I did it but oh well, still a good stay.

This place was enchanting with updated rooms that include a fridge and microwave; the location was absolutely perfect near a performing arts theater, and I enjoyed dining at the attached restaurant nearby.

It was great that the Rockford grill was the room service restaurant. However, their prices were higher than the menu price, and a 15% tip was already included in the bill. This was confusing as there was a blank tip line just above the signature line leading one to believe that a tip was not included. The fitness area could use some free weights.

The lobby and rooms were nicely decorated. The rooms were very clean and cleaning staff very helpful and friendly.

The pool was closed for servicing and we were not notified prior to arrival. We may have chosen another hotel if we had known ahead of time. The front desk staff was not apologetic about the pool not working, but offered use of the municipal pool if we wanted. They would then take the cost of using the municipal pool off of the room charge.

The location of this place was great, being conveniently close to a mall that was easy to reach by foot.

The hotel has a truly exceptional look, with modern and updated units. the 2 queen beds, balcony, and bathroom were all great. - the staff were professional and helpful. - the location is peaceful and in a very nice area.

There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was excellent. It was in the central location in the adjacent strip mall.
